Cara and I had big plans to celebrate our birthdays this month and our one-year anniversary of running East Valley Moms with style, but per usual, we put ourselves on the back burner and holy moly, we nearly missed our birthdays!

Braylin did gymnastics for a couple years and still loves it.
Last week we had dinner at Amy’s house and she brought up a UA gymnastics meet I took her to last year, and so she is going to freak out when I tell her we’re seeing the Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour starring Simone Biles and other Team USA Olympic female gymnasts.

We have been sampling a few different meal prep services over the last few months and let me tell you, it sure is a nice splurge on especially hectic weeks. I’ve found it’s a lifesaver for the week following a weekend getaway or vacation.
