Feel the flow with a new playlist
I love creating new playlists for my Dancer Sculpt classes because I know how powerful a motivator a mix of great songs can be. It gives me the chance to be creative and make the class flow all the way from warm-up to high-intensity intervals to the cool down. You can do the same with your playlist to maximize your workout. We all naturally pick up the pace of our workouts when a fast song is playing, so be sure that your playlist has some high energy songs in it. Also throw in one or two songs that are impossible to sit still to (think: Moves Like Jagger) to keep the motivation going.
