I like to live in a land of fantasy. I often dream about what it would be like to win the lottery. What cars would I buy? What house would I build? Where would I travel?

I’ve been obsessed with Toll Brother builds ever since I walked into one in 2016. The high ceilings, the grand kitchens with a never-ending island and the backyards that are an entertainers dream. Their builds have always been my dream home. I’ve always told myself, “If I win the lottery I’m building the best Toll Brothers build money can buy!”

Living in a house like this was always a dream because Toll Brothers builds usually come with a price tag that I can’t afford, until now.

I was excited to hear about Toll Brothers latest project, The Crossings at Meridian in Queen Creek. Toll Brothers vision was to build a community of homes made for real people. For the first time ever, I can now get the luxury that I have known with the Toll Brothers brand but at a price I can afford.

The homes range from 1,800 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft. They have single story and two story homes available. There are currently three models available for viewing.

My personal favorite was the two-story, The Savannah. It was a beautiful farmhouse with an incredible backyard. But my favorite part was the floorplan. It has four bedrooms upstairs and a loft and the master on the first floor. A perfect fit for my growing family.

The homes start in the high $200,000 and this is the first time ever Toll Brothers has built in this price point. This is an amazing price to get a beautiful Toll Brother build. I still can’t believe it!

Every home will come standard with 10-foot ceiling, multi-panel doors in the living floor which create a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor living. Also, they include a beverage center, granite countertops and cultured marble in the bathroom. All this is included in their starting price.

It truly is affordable luxury and a dream come true for home nerds like myself.Dream Homes Do Come True | East Valley Moms Blog
