Halloween costume parties for infants
If you’re enrolled at any mommy and me classes, ask if they offer any programming specific for Halloween.
When my son was an infant, we were enrolled in music class at The Musik Box in Gilbert, AZ, and they offered a Halloween costume class to celebrate in an age appropriate way.
Musicology, Gymboree and other infant play classes also offer similar, festive classes for parents to enjoy.
Best pumpkin patch for photos with infants
Halloweentown at Chandler Fashion Mall is the most affordable photo ops pumpkin patch in recent years. Parking is free and admission for parents is $5 and they have a huge pumpkin patch display, ideal for any little pumpkin photos you want to capture.
Spooky Storytimes
Mesa Libraries usually have a sweet halloween boo bash that’s ideal for infant photo opps and to give first time parents a fun, festive outing.
Storytime attendees are encouraged to wear a costume and families parade around Library’s StoryWalk to gather ghoulish goodies and show off everyone’s spooky spirit.
Free, self-paced and stroller friendly, these library events are great for first time parents. Check Mesa Library’s events calendar for the most up to date event details.
