Kira is a proud, working mom of 4 kids (3 chicks and a little guy) and happily married to her high school sweetheart. A project management leader by day and yoga teacher by night, she is constantly seeking work/life balance. Kira loves all things health and wellness and can usually be found doing something active in her free time.
