Hello friends!!
I don’t know about you but I am SO excited the temps have finally dropped & we are entering the holiday season!!!
Here is a fun DIY project for your home! You can involve the entire family or you can do it while they are at school or taking a nap. 🙂
Thankful Tree:
-Gather branches
Here are some of the supplies I used – however, many of these can be modified- so you can use what you may already have on hand.
Choose your color palette. I used scrapbook paper & a circle punch. You can also draw & cut out leaves or another shape if you would prefer.
Next I used my smaller hole punch and punched a hole in each circle & then tied my string/jute onto them for hanging.
I arranged my branches into an extra large mason jar that I had on hand.
Since my kiddos were all at school, I recruited my husband to write something he was thankful for & hang it up.
Such a fun project! I made extra circles for my kids & guests to add to the tree.
I also thought it would be really cute with mini ornaments on it for Christmas and you can even add a cute bow or banding around the jar! Many possibilities!
Happy DIY-ing! If you make one we would love to see it! Tag us on Instagram!
Lastly, Have a wonderful holiday season and may our hearts be filled with thanks!!
