Over the next few weeks we’ll be announcing at least a dozen giveaways from local and national businesses
Our menu for the evening includes:
*Hummus: served with fresh seasonal vegetables & crostini
* Chefs selection of grilled cheese quarters
Your choice of:
*Baja Lime Salad: dried corn, roasted red peppers, red onion, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, feta cheese & quinoa tossed in lime vinaigrette.
*Pear Cobb: pears, crispy bacon, avocado, red onion, egg & gorgonzola cheese with a creamy pesto vinaigrette.
*Roots & Stems: roasted beets, asparagus, quinoa, chick peas, red onion, walnuts, sprouts & gorgonzola cheese tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. ,
*Santa Cruz: raspberries, pears, mint, red onion, almonds & goat cheese tossed in raspberry vinaigrette.

*Pear of Tomatoes: linguine tossed with tomatoes, red onions & garlic topped with fresh basil & romano cheese (with chicken)
*Tuscan Rigatoni: roasted zucchini, roasted red peppers, sautéed mushrooms & caramelized onion tossed with our signature red sauce topped with feta cheese & basil
*Spring Linguini: asparagus, tomatoes & sautéed spinach tossed with our roasted garlic alfredo sauce topped with romano cheese
