I know it’s the weekend, but who’s hitting the gym?โฃ

I know I always feel more prepared for the day when I devote some time to exercise and moving my body.

I included one of my favorite total body workouts below:

Typically I do 10-15 reps each and repeat 3-5 times. โฃ
So that is doing each exercise 10-15 times each, 3-5 different times around. Make sense?

โฃ-RDL to goblet squats
-Single leg RDL
-Pulsing sumo
-Calf raisesโฃ
โฃ-Hammer curlsโฃ
-Lateral raisesโฃ
-Overhead pressโฃ
-Overhead tricep extension โฃ
โฃ-Side bendsโฃ
-Russian twists โฃ
