I know it’s the weekend, but who’s hitting the gym?
I know I always feel more prepared for the day when I devote some time to exercise and moving my body.
I included one of my favorite total body workouts below:
Typically I do 10-15 reps each and repeat 3-5 times.
So that is doing each exercise 10-15 times each, 3-5 different times around. Make sense?
-RDL to goblet squats
-Single leg RDL
-Overhead tricep extension
