It’s time to pull out the coats, gloves and scarves and spend the chilly nights looking at beautiful holiday lights around the East Valley!  

There are so many gorgeous lights around town and it’s the perfect family night activity, date night or a simple evening drive.  Make plans to visit these winter wonderlands this holiday season!

Ahwatukee Festival of Lights

The Million White Lights – Thanksgiving- New Years

Kick-Off Party- Saturday, November 26, 2016, for the 21st Annual Festival of Lights. Carnival rides, community entertainment, Beer Garden, Marketplace Street Fair and the Harley Parade will keep you and your out of town guests busy all day! 

Lights on nightly.  Kick off party: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

13 House Computer Animated Christmas Light Display. We have over 110,000 lights, 300+ strobe lights, and over 50,000 ft. of wire. Tune into 93.9FM to listen to the music while you watch the lights dance.

LAS NOCHES DE LAS LUMINARIAS 2016

NOVEMBER 25, 2016 – DECEMBER 31, 2016

Eight thousand hand-lit luminaria bags and thousands of white twinkle lights will set the Garden aglow this winter for 21 magical evenings. Join us for this Southwest holiday tradition that features the sights and sounds of nine entertainment ensembles, including the return of Simply Three. Enjoy dinner at the Garden with family and friends and stroll the paths with a warm cup of cider or cocoa, as you celebrate the season at this year’s very special Las Noches de las LuminariasTicket information here.

Members Only: December 2 – 4; General Public: November 25 & 26, December 9-11, 16-18, 20-23, 26-31

Our San Tan Valley community has joined together in the effort to spread the Christmas spirit to everyone by putting extra effort into our homes with Christmas lights & decorations. Make our tradition, your tradition too!

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Holiday Lights

December 9 – January 1 (excluding December 24, 25 and 31) 

The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park lights up Scottsdale with the most unique holiday event in the Valley. Take a ride on the Paradise & Pacific Railroad through a winter wonderland of lights and displays. Opening night festivities on December 9 include live music, a tree lighting ceremony and a visit from Santa, who is at the park nightly through December 23. Train rides on the Paradise & Pacific Railroad are $4 and rides on the Charros Carousel are $2. Children two and under ride free with a paying adult.

Mesa Temple Lights

Friday, November 25th – Saturday, December 31st

Join us in a celebration of the birth of Christ at the Mesa Arizona Temple Gardens this Christmas Season.  As you thrill to the sights and sounds of the holidays, we hope that you, your family and friends will enjoy: hundreds of thousands of colorful lights; uniquely illuminated palm trees and flower gardens; an inspiring nativity scenes.
5:00 – 10:00 p.m. nightly

Red Mountain Community Church

December 9th- 25th

Throughout the Christmas season, our campus transforms into a beautiful depiction of the Christmas Story through a stunning Christmas light display.

The display is available to drive through on any evening but on select weekends in December you can enjoy “The Christmas Lights Experience” which will offer more than just a drive through the lights with cookies, hot cocoa, hay rides and a photo booth to enjoy!

Oh, and did we mention it is free?! Grab your neighbors, your friends and your family and come enjoy with us!

Tumbleweed Tree Lighting & Parade of Lights

December 3, 2016

Join us in celebrating a unique Southwestern tradition that draws visitors from far and wide during the holidays. This community festival also includes the beautiful Parade of Lights. This year marks the 60th Tumbleweed Tree built in Downtown Chandler. 

Event Festivities – 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Parade – 7pm

Wednesday, November 23 – Sunday, January 8, 2017.

Join the Phoenix Zoo at the Valley’s brightest holiday tradition: ZooLights presented by SRP! Celebrating 25 years, ZooLights shines with millions of lights, a three-story-high holiday tree, hundreds of glimmering light displays and lakeside music-in-motion shows.
