Easter Fun & Egg Hunts Around the East Valley

0

We can all agree that this Easter is better than last year’s — most certainly an improvement from the locked down version of the holiday last year!

With COVID still in a season of uncertainties with public events, many of our beloved Easter Events have been cancelled again this year, but not to worry! There are still several options that are safe to get your littles out and about and celebrate this special holiday!

Below are some of egg-celent events (sorry, we couldn’t help the pun).

In Chandler: Family Easter Celebration

When: Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 10am – 3pm

Price: Free

Happening in Tumbleweed Park, this event will be a walk through event where families can view Easter decorations and pick up goodies along the way. To maintain current COVID guidelines, there will be two one-way trails featuring the same decorations. Trails are approximately a 20-minute half-mile stroll. All children under 12 will receive a goodie bag. Reservations are required.

In Mesa: Easter-eggsperience

When: Saturday April 3, 2021 from 8am – 2pm

Price: $12 per child ticket

Happening at Vertuccio Farms, this is an all day event with a variety of events for the littles, including Easter craft time, photos with the Easter Bunny and unlimited play on all the farm play structures. There will be 4 separate egg hunts held throughout the day based on age groups. A pancake breakfast is also available for additional fees. Space is limited at this one folks, so purchase your tickets now!

In Phoenix: Spring Fairy Pary and Egg Hunt

Price: Free Admission

Happening at The Teapot in downtown Phoenix, this is an informal picnic style event with outdoor seating and a playground with an easter egg hunt in the garden. Food and beverages, including tea, will be available for sale, as well as boutique shopping and hand made crafts. Dress up optional. Registration through Eventbrite.

In Queen Creek: Easter Egg-Citement

When: Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 9am – 12pm

Happening at Schnepf Farms, this event includes cookie decorating, a train ride, jumping pillows, petting zoo, meet and greet with the Easter Bunny and, of course, an egg hunt! Egg hunts will begin promptly at 10am and children will be divided into age groups. Although the egg-citement ends at Noon, ticket holders may stay and play in Agritainment Theme Park up until 4pm. Only a limited number of tickets are available so get yours now!

In Queen Creek: Month-long Easter Activies

Not ready for public in-person events yet? The City of Queen Creek is hosting a modified/virtual Spring & Easter program for all ages. A variety of programming is available from March 6 through April 4, including crafting contests, and interactive StoryWalk and an around town decoration “scavenger hunt”. At the end, goodie bags can be picked up at the Queen Creek Recreation Annex. Online registration, instructions and link are available here.
