Here is what we have planned for today; feel free to browse this outline to expedite your check-in experience and get straight to all the fun activities!
Feel free to join us for these scheduled activities, or just let your kiddo take the lead and follow what piques their interest. All of our vendors have tons of fun activities to keep your little one busy!Event timeline
- 9:15 a.m. – Check-in*, coffee available for purchase from Caf-Fiend AZ, story time with Little Sunshine Playhouse
- 9:30 a.m. – First Swim Session
- 9:45 a.m. – Story time with TotSpot Preschool
- 10:00 a.m. – Character meet and greet with Ursela from Enchanted Princess Co.
- 10:15 a.m. – Second Swim Session
- 11 :00 a.m. – Event concludes
Additional activities available throughout the entire event including glitter tattoos with Shimmer’d and pumpkin decorating with Hot Potato Art!
Check-in instructions:
Prior to arriving to the event, please complete the Swimhaus waiver. All attendees must complete the waiver prior to participating in this event. Completing the waivier before you arrive to the event will ensure a more efficient check-in process so you can dive into the fun activities faster!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your swim session time for check-in.
Tips to make check-in more efficient and enjoyable for you and your kiddos:
- Complete the waiver before you arrive!
- Have your Eventbrite ticket ready on your phone.
- We’ll have a story time setup near check-in so kiddos can listen to a story if there is a check-in line.
- Bring snacks (always bring snacks!) and treat yourself to a coffee from Caf-Fiend AZ while you’re in line for check-in!
Swimming instructions:
- Swimhaus has a double diaper policy for any child not potty trained (disposable diaper + reusable diaper on top).
- Swimhaus lifeguareds will do a quick swim test for all kids swimming; if your child is unable to swim 30 feet unassisted, they will need floatation devices or a parent/caregiver in the water with them
- To maintain swimmer:lifeguard ratios we will have two swim sessions for families (9:30am-10:15am and 10:15am-11am). Please check your ticket or confirmation email to see which session time you signed up for.
